House Oversight and Government Reform Committee statement on report on Secret Service incident investigation: 'Having reviewed the IG's report, we continue to believe that a major cultural overhaul is essential to restoring the Secret Service to its former stature. It is sadly revealing that the watch commander felt it would be a 'career killer' for him to administer a field sobriety test to a higher ranking agent, especially given concerns within the agency about potential retaliation for reporting misconduct. These are signs of a dysfunctional environment that must change. The Secret Service must swiftly ensure that the agents involved in the March 4 incident are held accountable for their actions. During this afternoon's hearing, we will examine the IG's report in greater detail and discuss other reform measures the Secret Service must undertake'
HOW MUCH IN BRIBE MONEY DO YOU THINK A PRIVATE SECURITY FIRM LIKE BACKWATER OR ISIS WOULD PAY TO HAVE ITS PERSONNEL REPLACE THE SECRET SERVICE IN A PRIVATIZATION MOVE?
WHAT A PRETEXT --AND THE PERSONS IN ON THE DEAL WOULD POCKET THE MONEY IN BENEFITS THAT REGULAR SECRET SERVICE AGENTS WOULD RECEIVE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT MOST PRIVATE SECURITY CONTRACTORS DO.
WATCH THIS ONE, THERE ARE SOME FOLKS IN CONGRESS I DON'T RUST VERY MUCH WHO WOULD LOVE TO MAKE A SWEET DEAL FOR SOME OFFSHORE CASH.
