Senators were threatened politically and physically as well as with charges of TREASON if the divulged any of the contents of the so-called trade agreements to their constituents.
They bypass the Judicial system.
It is NOT a treaty it is a pact.
When people don't pay attention they get HELL foisted up upon them.
