And see just how shallow the bag of tricks really is. And "they" are in a catch 22 situation - YES, staging pipe bombings may work to get more control over the people. However, in doing that they further weaken "Hillary(tm)" in favor of Trump, and it will probably backfire. That is what happens when your tricks run out.
The pipe bomb attacks were probably done for two reasons - 1 - to get American aggression against Russia in Syria out of the news, and 2 - to get a martial law back up plan going to stop the election now that Hillary is so obviously fake.
