So I went to @tacobell yesterday. When I got home they had forgotten an item. I returned to let them know. Not only did they replace my item, but they upgraded it and added 2 additional items! @attcares you should take note at this great customer service experience because your #Note7 launch was an #EpicFAIL I took your survey and you called me back only to tell me that you will send my complaints upstream and nothing more! I'm switching carriers #Unhappycustomer
