@StephbagChavez Well it certainly seems that way for sure, and it's symptomatic of how Ireland is stagnating in terms of treating people with disabilities and learning differences, not least by callously cutting vital educational supports where they needed most. There are far too many people affected by disabilities having their autonomy taken away from then due to Government cuts or inaction, esp re. learning supports.
