Story Telling session
Evidence suggests that the benefits of being read to frequently as a child goes way beyond just literacy skills. In liew of this Story telling session by Mr Ken Jackson for Grade 3 and 4 students was organized on 21st April 2016. It was a huge success as students were mesmerized with his stories. He narrated stories about India, Africa and Arabia.
Ken Jackson was a principal in a primary school in Cambridge. During his tenure Cambridge was popular in the country because of difference in pedagogy. A documentary has also been made of the school. Ken Jackson has worked as an Education Consultant at Magrudy's and has been conducting workshops for teachers for eleven years.
All the children were inspired to read . He met many students and also promised to read their stories.
