Take the deep fried food challenge.. (Eat crap, lift less and look better than ever).. HOW? Nothing is true..and anything is permitted. This is an invitation to 'undo' yourself. To undo your beliefs, and limiting ideas about what is possible why and how. You may also think it means you'll have to undo your pants, or buy a bigger belt- but my suggestion is NO, its not true.
Now, what is true..in my experience..not in my theory, or my teachers opinion or my nationally accredited group of agreeable arm-chair-ists .. but in my own EXPERIENCE, is that NOTHING is true folks! In 30 short years, i've come to notice that there is ALWAYS an exception to the rule. Perhaps I am that exception. But perhaps you are too.
It is my hope, wish..and INTENTION
to get you to the place where you know this too.
Personally, i've got lean on hamburgers and big on wheatgrass. Whilst the opposite seems generally true, I like to stick both middle fingers up at the establishment. At the norm. And at the status quo. Attitude is EVERYTHING! Own your view..and earn it through hard work. Through diligently becoming your own boss-man. The one who has the final word on what will be real or not in your life, is YOU.
Because it simply took me SO much energy to swim upstream for this long, i'm now sharing what i've learnt with you. I became sick of those food pyramids, fad scams and fly-by-night knowledge and information. Doesn't it seem like every new study contradicts the last? Running around in circles much? You don't have to wait to hear the planet is round in order to enjoy the stars..do you? But even then.. might you be open to discovering that things could be a different shape altogether..?

Now, with me- this is the start. The beginning of scripting your own determinants..becoming your own author..and mastering your own story. This is about creation, rather than re-action- and becoming the sharpest edge, versus constantly sharpening the blade.
So..
do you like tasty food, and thinking for yourself? Are you open to experimenting through action, and can put an end to judging on the fence?
My proposition is simple. I'm going to add 2 deep fried meals and a 1.8kg kettlebell to my lifestyle per day. Im gonna go way up on the fat, and way down on the weight. I'm gonna share with you, what happens- and im hoping you'll do the same. I'm gonna 'break the rules' and achieve in spite of it, and see if we can't learn a thing or 2 together.
