Terminally ill man pleads for the return of his stolen service dog that was taken from his locked car

A California man has his service dog stolen from the back of his car while he went into a store to do some shopping. Paul Hull, 70, is distraught that his Chuhuahua, Baby, was stolen last Thursday.
