The Cedar River in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is projected to crest at 23 feet on Tuesday, The Gazette reports. It is currently at about 20.67 feet as of Monday afternoon. A curfew remains in effect through Saturday for evacuated and flood-affected areas.
