The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Rivers State has debunked report of an order restraining the party from taking further disciplinary action against governor Amaechi.
The PDP in a statement issued by its publicity secretary Monday Onyezonwu said the report that Justice Emmanuel Ogbuji of the State high court issued an interim injunction against the party was false.
The statement said justice Ogbuji refused the interim injunction sought by governor Amaechi.
The PDP admitted that the order granted by justice Ogbuji was for all parties to respect the fact that the matter is pending before the court and desist from taking action that would jeopardize the matter.
