The Rivers State government says more model primary schools will be fully functional in September.
The commissioner for education, Rivers state Alice Lawrence Nemi stated this during inspection of ongoing school projects across the state.
Alice Lawrence Nemi said the state government would ensure the speedy completion of the schools before the commencement of next academic season.
The commissioner noted that the state government is doing its best to ensure that no child is left out in its free education policy.
