The United States government says Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau who fueled terrorism activities in Nigeria could be tried in the US when arrested. The US acting assistant director of diplomatic security investigating and analysis directorate Kurt Rice said this at a joint tele new conference with the Deputy Assistant Secretary for African affairs David Guman. Rice’s comment came a day after the united state offered twenty five million dollars reward for information on the location of leaders of the sect in Nigeria.
