The logic of it all. Lets keep Bangkok dry.

From the Weather network.... "The Bangkok municipality government and water conservancy bureau have estimated that the total volume of floodwater flowing into the city from the north has surpassed 400 million cubic meters. However, the Bangkok's water discharging capacity is only around 30 million cubic meters per day."

The BMA and the WCB should do some math. The have a net influx of 370 million cubic meters per day. They are doomed no matter what hair-brain propeller and barrel scheme they come up with or the number of pumps they are going to use. It's time to get some hip waders and a snorkel.
