The new chairman of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area in Rivers State Austin Ahiamadu (Dr) says his new policy on internal security will address the upsurge of crime in ONELGA.

Austin Ahiamadu said this at the swearing in of the secretary of council Chief of Staff and the elected councilors of the 6th legislative council of ONELGA in Omoku.

He said his new administration will cooperate with security agencies in the local government to stamp out cases like cultism, robbery and kidnapping which has threatened the social and economic life of the people in the past.
