The owner of the Twin Peaks franchise HQ in Dallas and the Waco Police Department had begged the franchise owner in Waco NOT to have the "Biker Nights" but he ignored them both.
Was he laundering money in there?
It seems highly unlikely ythe restaurant could have held the large numbers of bikers as claimed.
The Twin Peaks restaurant concept--as I understand it based on THIS incident in Waco-- has scantily clad waitresses showing parts of their anatomy in order to get big tips. The more they show, the more money they make so you can bet they are going to be giving one hell of a peep show!
This is NOT the sort of business I would patronize!
It has nothing to do with morality and everything to do with public safety due to the sort of sleazy people this sort of public display attracts.
Who knows what sort of kitchen and food preparation sanitation goes on in such a place?
I don't want to find a public hair in my food!
I don't want to be price-gouged because the waitresses are showing everything but their interiors to make bug tips!
I am not offended by nudity but I AM offended by public slaughters and dead bodies left in the street for thre crime scene processors!
If I went to a place like this alone, i expose myself to sexual harassment, unwanted sexual conduct,sexual assault, kidnapping,murder, armed robbery,carjacking--the entire litany of violent crime.
This is NOT a decent place to take your kids.
This is NOT a family-oriented business.
It's like Hooters --only quite a lot more was exposed.
Alcohol & partial nudity plus drugs are a bad combination with the potential for all kinds of things to happen --mostly bad!
This kind of stuff needs to be kept in the strip clubs!
Twin Peaks HQ has pulled the certification from the Waco restaurant.
It should be considered a "public nuisance" like a bawdy house or the old time "house of ill-repute" and it should be shuttered permanently!
The ringmaster of this disgusting place should lose his liquor license PERMANENTLY!
MAYBE THE GUYS WHO OWN THE TWIN PEAKS CONCEPT SHOULD GET OUT OF THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS AND INTO THE STRIP CLUB BUSINESS WHERE THIS SORT OF STUFF BELONGS.
