@Treyarch will we ever be able to download custom paintjobs/emblems? It should fall under fair use as Activision, Treyarch, and the COD community aren't looking to profit from possible copyrighted content but to show what they like/love and/or to show brand loyalty. I feel that if a content creator doesn't want their work to be shared, they can check/uncheck the option for downloading and that if a copyright holder feels their rights are being infringed upon that they at least have the proper outlet to voice their concerns be it via e-mail.

Personally I feel a feature that I already enjoy would be perfect if allowed to be used for it's intended purpose...but I guess it's nice to dream.
