Trump needs Congress in his favor if he really is going to "make America great again", and Soros knows that. So the congressional elections must be watched every bit as closely for rigging as anything else. That should be easy to do if people are already there to confirm the presidential election, and it HAS TO be part of the plan for "making America great again" or very little will happen that the American people want.
