Trump’s Appeal To Blacks:

During this presidential campaign, Donald Trump has proven over and over he’s a pathological liar. He also has proven he will say anything or do anything to promote Donald Trump. Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg referred to Trump’s presidential aspiration this way, “I’m from New York, and I know a scam when I see one.” He was “spot-on.”



This is a man who has proven over and over that nearly every time his lips move, he’s telling a lie. Politifact, a reputable, Pulitzer Prize-winning organization, checked his campaign statements and revealed that the majority of his statements were totally false.



This is a man who, if elected, would turn the U.S. Supreme Court into a reflection of the current Republican Party. He would do that with the most right-wing appointees. Those appointees would approve nearly every police abuse case to reached the court and worse.



Trump also would also appoint other federal judges, all of whom would be making extremely conservative, anti-black, woman and minority rulings for the next 20 to 30 years due to lifetime court appointments. By contrast, Clinton would appoint more progressive judges who would protect voting rights, citizen vs. rogue cop rights, etc.





During his rallies, Trump has encouraged his supporters to attack black protesters, and he offered to cover their legal bills if it came to that. When you think about it, his entire campaign has been built on appeals to the gut-bucket bigotry of some Whites.



Even the Ku Klux Klan and other White Supremacist groups thank him for increasing their numbers. Any black person with a brain should ask how can they and the KKK be united in their support for Trump.


But consistent with his tendency to say anything, Trump, in an ultimate insult to the intelligence of black voters, now says he’s for them. The days and months before, he showed his true colors. He courted religious, racial and ethnic bigots, and he enjoyed it, he relished in it. When those bigots waved their Confederate Flags and their bigoted signs, he didn’t step up and condemn, he encouraged it. So what has changed? His campaign is tanking!!


Trump’s plea to Blacks to support him because, “What have you got to lose?” is not only disrespectful; it’s an insult. His appeal to Hispanics is equally disrespectful and insulting. What’s next, his appeal to Muslims, and will he say he is sorry for all his demagoguery?



Imagine a man suddenly trying to win over a woman’s heart after treating her like crap before. Imagine further, he’s asking her to get with him because, “What have you got to lose?” Any woman with an ounce of self-respect would be insulted and would tell him to “talk to the hand.” That’s how Blacks and Hispanics should treat his fake overtures.
