#UPS I am really annoying and want to share this experience. Yesterday UPS delivered in a wrong address a package sent to me of Mexico. They know the direction to which mistakenly it was delivered (even I know it) instead of sending a driver for the bundle (the driver who confused 2 for a 1 so I am implying a case or illiteracy) and told me that they have to open an investigation that takes 8 working days (because, obviously, they work neither on Saturdays nor Sundays). The point is that UPS knowing where it is the package allows it to get lost and then if we are lucky enough they will to send a check for the inconvenience. I want only to comment on my experience so that everybody can be aware of the awful service that UPS provides in Mexico, the United States and maybe in the whole world.
