Happiner life---free from ansiety

We do so many things in our daily lives that make us less happy than we could be. Here’s a handy list of things you should stop doing if you want to live a fuller, happier life.

1-Don’t compare yourself to others: we all have our own path to follow, and comparing yourself to others will only make you feel inadequate as you’ll tend to compare yourself to who, in your mind, has it better than you.
2-Stop trying to have control over every aspect of your life.
Relationships are hard work and you can’t just get along with people all the time. It’s ok to have a bit of a fall out every now and again.
3-You can’t be in a good mood all the time: learn to accept your bad moods and don’t dwell on the negatives.
Nobody’s perfect and we all screw up every now and again. Learn to accept yourself when you screw up and then move on.
4-Stop waiting for the next big thing: a promotion, a bigger car and a bigger house will only give you a fleeting happiness; learn to be happy regardless of your achievements.
5-We all want to be the best at what we do, but we don’t realise that it’s often achieved by sacrificing other things in other areas of life. Make sure you find the right balance between all the different aspects of your life.
6-Stop trying to please everyone else. Look after yourself, be happier and the people around you will be happier too!
