Were Baltimore riots done to justify the types of curfews that are so loved byneopcons imitating Stalin?. Look at every tyranny that ever existed. Curfews are the norm, and with the chief of Police saying the rioters were from other places, and the Mayor ordering the police to give these imported rioters "room to destroy", it is OBVIOUS that Baltimore had IMPOSING CURFEWS perhaps as their only purpose.
