The Native Americans in Oregon had asked US Fish and Wildlife to prosecute the demonstrators "if any maps or artifacts" were missing or damaged, because there had been over 4000 artifacts stored in that building.

Now he moves on to the El Chapo Deception video where, at 13 mins 45 secs, he shows 4 side by side photos of El Chapo. The 1st photo is the real original guy in 1993 when he was captured in Mexico and sentenced to 20 years. Several years later, fearing extradition to the US, he paid $250 million in bribes allowing him to escape, which money was paid by the CIA for whom he was running drugs. He escaped on Jan 19, 2001 [the first 1/19 code]. In his 13th year on the run, his inner security circle was breached and penetrated.
The 2nd El Chapo photo is from his apprehension on 2/22/14. Then, on 7/11/15 he escapes through the 1.5 kilometers long tunnel we've heard so much about, for which he paid only $5 million this time for somebody to dig it, which had to be a highly coordinated effort involving top covert engineers and operatives of the CIA.

The real El Chapo greatly fears extradition, because he is intimately connected and familiar with the intelligence personnel and organizations on both sides of the border who might want him killed now because of what and whom he knows, and/or the CIA wants to get rid of his competition. He has not been seen in public since 2001.
Of necessity, the doubles who have to live like him, also have all this knowledge and these contacts.
He needed a double for if and when the feared extradition would take place, and the double is a willing construct because he's been paid so much money.

On Jan 8 El Chapo was reportedly caught again. The two unconnected events serve each other.
The FBI in the Oregon Standoff needed enough time to plan their attack, which time was provided by focusing on El Chapo, to explain their delay until Sat Jan 23 when 200 law enforcement vehicles showed up, just shortly after the Tues Jan 19 [the 2nd 1/19 code] video appeared warning of imminent military or law enforcement actions.
They had not followed protocol which would have been do go in very early on with a negotiation team.
Neither event is real, not really, both are a show to get us to believe they are real, a show of force by the government to try to get us to fear them so much we will relinquish all rights and power to them.
