Kidnap Story

You are currently held against your will and during the transaction, you notice someone who can help you. They have acknowledged your presence but don't know what is going on. You have the ability with enough confidence to convince the kidnapper to let you talk to them, but you had to make it quick; forcing you to only a max of 6 words. If you had 11 words to convince your kidnapper to let you speak to the person, and also tell the person how to recover you back; what would they be?

Requirements :
1. Max amount of words to say to your savior: 6
2. Minimum number of words to tell the hostage: 4
3. You are allowed to use general acronyms as words.
