@ bowlatAmf Have a major complaint on assistant manager Aaron Daniels. I go in there every Friday with my father and usually gave a great time when gen manager Rick Kinsler, Belinda and any other front desk employee. Seriously, they reserve a raise. This asshole though, Aaron Daniels has zero customer service,aloof and will not even bother looking at me in the eyes when there is an issue with lanes. When he does fix it, he rolls his eyes like we are bothering him. You don't teach that at Amf management classes do you? Today, i went in with a summer pass, expecting two play 2 games with my father and son, until 2, when their management special kicks in. Belinda handled the transaction and told me to go back to the desk @2 to reset games. I go back and this idiot (Aaron) blows me off and tells me its okay. I in front of his, stupid ass face is a note, letting front desk staff that lane 25\26 need to reset @ 2. This guy(with a shoo little man) attitude leaves it alone and tells me not to worry. When Belinda came back, she shut our games down because of this supposed general manager understanding of basic, protocol and ignoring belindas note. We, lost about 3 games because of this,piece of shits mistake. Later on, he comes over to lane 28{ grpoup of college girls) and informs them they can't have food or beverages on floor. Lo and behold they flirt with him and not only does he let then Keep drinking, he goes to the bar and continues serving them.alcohol. The girls came back kept drinking (even what appeared like underage girls drinking rum and coke out of a plastic bottle. They end up breaking glass on the sitting/set,up area. He comes back, continues to flirt, while my father and son witness this asshole flirting and letting these, extremely intoxicated girls drink on the lanes. I don't want to see this moron at el Dorado anymore PERIOD. He needs a demotion to janitor or a transfer. This is my father and i's and several other friends favorite lanes and this incompetent moron Aaron Daniels is ruining this bowling alley. Im also leaving a phone complaint. This guy is busy fluttering with what appears to be underage girls, to run this alley. or two before same thing,, same guy. shame on Amf if this,,
