@bowlatamf Just had another encounter with mr. aaron Daniels on 6/1/12. Mr Daniels attempted to come up to me and apologies,, then went on some rant on why i would send a curse filled email to corporate and his boss, I explained to him about,him being aloof when i went to the customer service. Denied it. Then i asked him about the, female drunks he continued to imbibe the clearly drunk females next to my father and i. Again denied responsibility. (guy your the Ass manager) its YOUR job. Lied about the underage drinking and when i asked him why he continued to let then drink at, the sitting area,he stated,he told them not,to. Yet he came back later on while they had their glasses of alcohol and a 2 litter bottle of what was booze.Amf rules clearly state no outside food and drinks which he ignored. He gets angry and says otherwise. At this point he sarcastically asked my father and i,, "then why do you continue to come to this establishment?" SARCASTICALLY. I turn around and point at Belinda and tell him, because of staff like Her. Staff like Deedee, Rick, the pinsetter guy. People who give a Shit about Amf customers. He then SARCASTICALLY and insincere tells me "im sooo sorry, i didn't pay more attention to you". At this point i told him, never to interact with me again. Ill deal with the rest of the wonderful el Dorado crew before dealing with this asshole. Oh, he also was trying to figure out why my last email was,so hateful. His sarcastic attitude today is why. Im.asking again,, either remove him from afternoon shifts on Fridays or a transfer. This guy needs an attitude adjustment Asap or retraining. Please forward this corporate and el Dorado gen manager. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. Your wonderful staff has a cancer in its staff. His name is Aaron Daniels.
