@davesimpson16 Hi Dave! Thank you for giving me the time to fully escalate your case to the Senior Management in Vauxhall. I needed the time so your case could be fully reviewed. As we discussed, service history is a big factor upon review outside of warranty, and we want to make sure that your daughters vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible.

If you could provide us with proof of a recent service at a Vauxhall Dealership, we would like to cover the cost of the repairs that the vehicle requires, as a gesture of goodwill. I did tweet you separately but I know they came out disjointed and though it would be easier to read like this. Thanks ^MA
