@drmbrcwr @Drmchennai @RailMinIndia I booked a ticket through tatkaal quota, at the time of booking the status was waitlisted (CKWL), now i received SMS which says below. what does this mean? Is it confirmed or RAC(have to share with another passenger)?

I tried to call customer care(11-39340000) but they are always like to force it to call 139 and they are always helpless. I can not call 139 as staying out of India. Chennai Customer care(044-25300000) never receives a call, tried calling many times at different timings.
