@officialpes It's progressing very well as a franchise. I gotta say I
never expected it to make a comeback after the hiatus
esp given how FIFA took advantage of it. That said, lots
of animation work needs to be directed towards the
players' body language. When I'm watching a real
match without knowing the result, I can tell who's
winning and who's losing from the body language. You
see the urgency in their runs, their passes, their
gestures. You can see impatience in everything. You
see their frustration....etc. When a team is winning, the
players stand straighter. Their passing and body
language is more relaxed...etc. Similarily, a defender
running unchallenged in his half, shouldn't have the
same running animation as when he's running through
the opposition's defenders in their 18-yard box. Little
things like seeing a team down 0-4 celebrating after a
goal like they won the championship, takes a lot of
authenticity from the action.
Finally, bringing back option files and image import will
be the reason why many FIFA players switch back to
PES. Maybe next year the stadium editor can make it
possible to add more stadiums since the PES
Productions team seems to think 6-11 are enough.
When this all is fixed, the matches will have an entirely
different feel. Keep it u
