@qkenihan so @jetstar have lost my crutches that I usually ockey strap to my suitcase if I can get on board unassisted - I had taken out travel insurance and they're looking into whether "pre existing med condition" rules out a claim to replace them (I have a bulging disc/sciatica)! Oh and rep on arrival made me WALK length of airport to see if they were at Over-Sized Baggage, walked off, when had been standing next to a wheelchair.
