really annoyed with @TmobileUKhelp - I have a problem with my phone and when I rang T-mobile customer services on Monday, they told me I would receive a silver envelope through the post in 1-2 days, to post my phone. Waited 2 days to receive the envelope and still hadn't received it, so I rang customer services again and they told me I will receive it in 3-5 days! Why are T-Mobile customer service always changing their mind? Something similar happened last year. I was due an upgrade in September 2010 and I contacted them in June to ask them when I could upgrade, I was told that if I rang them at the end of July, they could send me an upgrade. So I excitedly waited until the end of July, then rang them up to be told I couldn't upgrade until the end of September. You need to stop making promises to customers that you cannot keep!
