August 10 Aug 1950. BLACK DAY....Constitution (SCs) Order 1950 is an executive proclamation of President of India. Para 3 of this Order provides that the benefits of reservation given to Scheduled Castes can be used only by Hindu, Sikh & Buddhist SCs. It discriminates against Muslim & Christian Dalits on the basis of their religion. It is a communal Order. Indians should extend their support to get this para deleted.
