Muslim Reservation- Congress Party why are you putting a "quota" for Backward Muslims in the OBC category when you know it may fail in the courts? The appropriate way should be to group the Most Backward castes from the Hindu and Muslim OBCs together and give them some preference or quota. That is how it should be done.
