The data available confirm Dalit Muslims are the worst off against both Muslims & Hindus.Muslim OBCs are worse than Muslim elites(Ashraf) .Muslims as a unit are worse than Hindus as a unit.Therefore affirmative action for Muslim OBCs & Muslim dalits was needed to reduce their social & educational handicaps.
