There are so many ppl who truly fight depression, bipolar or other harder mental diseases. These people aren't just sad or effected by a situation. These are people who battle daily to keep a float, to be strong, to find at least a few days of happiness, a balance in life. To forget feeling so much sadness, without having control over it or even knowing why at times. We either vent openly or conceal it very well. It comes down to how we are handle it personally. But it does makes people who haven't experienced it uncomfortable.
These are people you know & are close to, bc it’s that common. We all get so caught up in our own lives that we over look others. This shouldn't be the case. Wishing Happy Birthday's and holidays don't mean shit if you can see or see or say something to someone when they need it the most.
