- So the #ForceAwakens is set 30 years after the Battle of Endor. That is 3 generations of Ewoks. What happens when you introduce advanced technology to any indigenous native people? The Ewoks saw the 2nd Death Star explode. They partied with Han, Leia, C3PO and R2-D2. Their kids have heard the stories. What I'm saying is this. I want to see the great-great grand-nephew of Wicket piloting an X-Wing this weekend. He grew up in his little Ewok world knowing there was something beyond the tree top: Space. A Galaxy that wasn't so far away. #StarWars
