I just have to share this because I am so incredibly proud of myself. I did @JessicaSmith 's HIIT Cardio+Core (https://youtu.be/YKxcJzm7Jb4) today. It's not an easy workout and I've definitely shied away from HIIT workouts because I couldn't make it through them, even with modifications. I'd have to stop, several times, during a single HIIT workout because I felt like I was going to pass out or throw up, or both. I was scared of this workout, but it was on the schedule and I wanted to try. Jessica's motto is "progress, not perfection" and I definitely saw progress today. I only modified 2 moves and I didn't stop the entire time! I have the @Fitbit stats to prove I worked it! Even better, not once did I feel like I was going to pass out or throw up. I felt great afterward and so proud of my progress. This is definitely not a workout to start your journey, but she has so many other amazing workouts for that.
