Tired. Exhausted. Sleepy. Unkept. Feeling like you just rolled out of a dumpster?
I used to have these days and that just sums it up! I used to ask myself “Is it worth it?”
Well, it’s definitely worth it. Nothing worthwhile comes easy over night. You literally have to work at it daily…and success takes time!

I have watched success crumble away from me 8 years ago; now there are unlimited opportunities awaiting my beck and call...everything is looking up in 2016! However, in 2008, I wouldn’t have believed the success that is now at my doorstop, even if I was told.
The key on how to deal with this is to live one day at a time. These day tight compartments is what gets you through all of these feelings. If you are looking towards next week or next year, you won't be able to get there if you don't make it through the day that you are currently living in. The hope that you defer towards next week or next year will make your heart sick, but if you can get through the day with a daily goal that is met, when that desire or goal is fulfilled, your become full of life!
