• Prepare case specific workbooks, witness files and binders for depositions and trial preparation
• review and organize a substantial amount of records
• Perform legal research
Job Requirements of the Legal Assistant and Paralegal Jobs in Austin Texas
• Experience in Texas State and Federal civil personal injury or commercial litigation
• 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, I Manage/Worksite/Share Point and familiarity with computerized litigation databases - Relativity - a plus
• Strong writing skills
