- Ms. Mridula Jethwani from grade 7 who is one of our Clean Energy and Environment Council Ambassadors and our teacher Ms. Shanuju visited the Waste Treatment Facilities of TADWEER Dubai this Thursday February 25th, 2016 along with many other environment ambassador from various schools of Dubai on their exclusive fieldtrip arranged by Clean Energy Business Council.
They were accompanied by Mr Rawad, a representative from V4 Advisors (the renowned advisory company that shall be offering to schools - participating in the CEBC Schools Environment Protection Program- a free Green House Gas audit during April/May) who answered all questions regarding the Carbon Footprint we leave behind, and how we can easily decrease it.
All participants visited:
- the Tadweer waste receiving area.
- the Material Recovery Factory.
- the bales of recyclable materials.
- the composting unit.
- the granules factory.
