Just got a call offering me a Personal trainer job, Not having any qualifications, he Suggested I do a Homestudy course for level 2 & 3, Only problem is, It costs £1695 and I had trouble with bus fare this morning.
Would love to do it but I was planning to complete my level 2 early next year anyway.
Sunday Routine:
Complexes: 3 sets,Complex 1 and 2 are equal to 1 set.
Complex 1:5 reps of each, Deadlifts,Cleans,Thrusters,Front Lunges,Bent over Row,Burpees.
Complex 2:5 reps of each,Hang power Cleans,Front Squats Power snatches,Back Squats, Push Press,Barbell Lunges, Bent over row, Deadlifts.
Then moved onto Abs: 2 sets, 10 Reps per exercise.
Exercise Ball Crunches, Exercise Ball reverse Crunch, Bosu Ball Mountain Climbers, Med Ball Leg raises, Med Ball Twists, Standing side Crunches and then went back in reverse order to complete 1 set.
