- Exactly 1 year ago, coming back from the @justinbieber concert, I found out a friend of mine & her sister's life was taken by an intoxicated driver. Although I didn't know her sister, Katie, that well, I knew Cristin and just what her bright smile brought to everybody. It was sad in many ways. A bright as the sun smile that we saw everyday was no longer there. A raspy, country voice was no longer there. Her bubbly personality was no longer there. Their mom is probably one of the strongest people out there. A year later, the intoxicated driver still hasn't had consequences for her immaturity to drink & drive and to take two gorgeous girl's lifes. Their mom is still fighting to give that intoxicated driver what she deserves, a fine and a good 2-20 years in jail. #RIPCristinandKatieGrubbs, #JusticeForCristinandKatie!
