All you have to do is upload your image to a photo-hosting site...I use www.photobucket.com and then you'll either
a) click on the green tree in the JBFF summary box and paste the image code from Photobucket.
OR
b) click the HTML button and then copy and paste the HTML code from Photobucket.

Justin NEVER asked you for ANYTHING, so if you feel like you 'wasted' time on him, that's your own fault. Part of being a true Belieber is just loving and supporting Justin, because it comes naturally, it's something you WANT to do as a thank you for the inspiration, time, and commitment he's put into the things that make your life just a little bit better.
If you're pissed at Justin because he meets 'sick' fans and not you, then SHAME ON YOU. I'd much rather a dying little child, who's suffering an amount of pain and fear that I could NEVER imagine to have the joy of getting to meeting their idol. Seeing the smiles on their faces, despite how ill they are makes me much happier than if I were to have taken that time from them.
If you can't find joy in seeing one of your fellow Beliebers getting noticed by Justin, and you can't see that he truly appreciates all the time and love that we give him. Then you are NOT a Belieber and you NEED to delete/protect your account. It sickens me to think that anyone with such a crooked way of thinking would even consider themselves as being a part of this 'family'. So, goodbye @CABIEBERfans, you will NOT be missed.

- I can tell by the comments that you're making about Justin and Christian that a lot of you have never had to move or be seperated from your friends.
Just because you don't talk to or hang out with someone every day or even every month, doesn't mean you're not friends anymore. If that was the case, I'd lose a lot of my friends that I've made in other places that I lived.

I use weheartit.com for pics, and then I used fotoflexer.com to make the collage/banner and then photobucket.com for effects.
