- Due to the increasing amount of explicit/hate/self-harm emails/photos I've been receiving lately, I am no longer allowed to check private messages on any of my social media pages. I will continue to read all your tweets, youtube comments and facebook replies. I love you guys so much and your support really does mean alot but some of the things I've been seeing lately are just too overwhelming <3 <3 <3
- I'm seeing alot of tweets saying I have unfollowed you. I would never unfollow someone who is following me. I am also loosing followers, 1000's every day so this glitch is working both ways and its sux! Friends & family who think they are following me have been removed. I've been in contact & done google searches and it seems its happening to everyone, not just me. This really isn't fair, how can we make new friends when they think we've unfollowed them! @twitter please fix this...
- I just wanna say THANK YOU to the people that have stayed around & not left. I know there are much more famous people out there than me and that people move on, but to all my friends that have not given up, and to my new friends, I just want to say how much you mean to me, it really does mean a lot to have your support and to know that you haven't given up on me. I PROMISE to always be the best that I can be and to keep getting better. I also know that some of you have to leave for study & exams and I love that you put that first as well because I always love to say hi when you come back and to hear about how you went.
I read all your letters and tweets and it really is so special reading some of your stories. It breaks my heart to read about what some of you have been or are going through and I wish there was more that I could do to be there for you.
When I read a letter or tweet saying that I've saved you, its things like that, that keep me going.

I love you guys so much. It means more than I can say to know that you consider me to be your friend. And I can't tell you how deeply I feel that at times. It's great when you tell me about your successes, things that make you happy, good things in your life, or just silly stuff that makes you laugh. Those things make me happy too, and it gives me strength to keep going.
But I also feel very deeply the sad things that you share, your tragedies, your disappointments. If affects me a lot. So much that sometimes it really tears me up inside. And when you tell me that it's hard for you to go on, I feel that too. I can't tell you how many times I've been so sad by something you shared with me that I had a hard time concentrating on my schoolwork, on my music, on the things I need to do every day.
I want more than anything for you to be happy, for your problems to be solved, for your broken hearts and dreams to be fixed.
One of the main reasons I wanted to be a singer/songwriter was to make people happy, to give people hope, to help people forget about their problems for a while. That's something that I CAN do. That's something that I want to continue doing, for all of you.
But there are things that I CAN'T do. If you have a serious problem that requires professional help, I can't give you that kind of help. I'm only 16, and I haven't learned yet how to cope with all those problems myself. But that help is available almost anywhere in the world, and usually for free. If you have that kind of problem, you need to try and talk to your parents. You need to try and talk to your friends that can meet you face to face.
You've heard me say it lots of times before, that I really try to read all your comments and tweets, and I do. But it's impossible for me to answer all of them. I still have all the usual stuff to take care of that you have to do, like school and chores and trying to earn some pocket money. And on top of that is what I'm trying to do for all of you with my music.
But there's another thing too. I don't want to say it, but I have to. I can only handle so much pain and sorrow. I try, but sometimes the messages I receive are more than I can handle, not just because of how serious your problems are, but because I receive so many messages. Even if I did nothing else, there wouldn't be enough time. Many times I go to bed at night worrying if all of you are still going to be there when I wake up in the morning.
If you've followed me for a few years now, you know that I've had my share of personal tragedies and disappointments too. You've helped me through those times by continuing to support me with your cards, your gifts, your encouragement. I couldn't ask for anything more.
My music is the best and only way I know to try and pay you back for what you've done for me, and to do my part to help you through your rough times. I'll continue giving you all I can through my music.
I know you understand. Thank you for being my friend. I love you.

- I'm NOT changing youtube channels. I'm so tired of being told what to do (not by you guys). I've just had another chat with youtube & they're going to continue to fix the issues the channel is having & I'll continue to keep my fingers crossed that they work it out soon. Its crazy that I can't even subscribe to my own blog channel or friends & family & vise/versa...

- To the couple of people asking why my skype call's are not Free... I have alot of followers & internet friends. If they were free, imagine how crazy it would be. It would not be possible to talk to everyone of you and my skype would always be going off, this is the only way I can make it fair and get to talk to you. We took the skype calls down for awhile while I was busy recording in the US and alot of you were asking if I could bring them back. I love you guys <3
- Something I’ve been reading a lot about lately is that some of you believe that because you have never been in a relationship, means that you’re not pretty, or good enough or special. I want to tell you right now, that is NOT true. Being in a relationship doesn’t make you popular or better than the rest. We’re all still just kids and shouldn’t even need to worry about that stuff yet. Your prince or princess will arrive soon. Sadly, they won’t be arriving in a carriage pulled by horses, they’ll be on a turtle, which is why it may take a little longer than others. You are special in your own way. And most importantly, each and every one of you is perfect. Never forget that. I know waiting is boring, but I promise you, it will all be worth it in the end. Stay strong, and never lose hope.
