Animals are the ones that suffer!

Good Morning fellow Humaniacs, wackjobs, hoarders, animal activist and you crazy zealots!!! time for a small rant... if you dont like it or if I offend you...please, please unfriend me now!!! I keep hearing stories over and over and over and over and over that I cannot wrap my brain around and I don't consider myself a very bright man so I googled what an animal control officer does NOWADAYS!!!! I got sick of asking myself have things changed so drastically.
Animal control officers enforce local and regional laws concerning the care and treatment of animals. They patrol public areas looking for potential signs of distressed animals, and work directly with the public concerning animal control issues.
Guess I was wrong, responsibilities have not changed but some cities and towns have lost their freaking minds. sadly it is always the animals that suffer. if you can't stand the heat, please, please, please stay the hell out of the kitchen!!!!
