@JudeAtRSPCA Think a campaign to neuter staffs is needed, they have become a fashion. I know some councils charge KC registered staff breeders - to try and reduce numbers! altho most are not registered and there the once that get miss treated and dumped. Maybe the answer lies in dog licenses, but not as they were before- a new style were owners have to answer an MCQ on dog ownership and breed specifics.
