Sunday Routine:
Complexes: 3 sets,Complex 1 and 2 are equal to 1 set.
Complex 1:5 reps of each, Deadlifts,Cleans,Thrusters,Front Lunges,Bent over Row,Burpees.
Complex 2:5 reps of each,Hang power Cleans,Front Squats Power snatches,Back Squats, Push Press,Barbell Lunges, Bent over row, Deadlifts.

Then moved onto Abs: 2 sets, 10 Reps per exercise.
Exercise Ball Crunches, Exercise Ball reverse Crunch, Bosu Ball Mountain Climbers, Med Ball Leg raises, Med Ball Twists, Standing side Crunches and then went back in reverse order to complete 1 set.
